Owner: Busch Gardens

Problem

Years of use had weakend foundation caps of roller coaster and were causing unacceptable movement of steel super structure.

Solution

HGS  in accordance with the engineers specifications, removed deteriorated base plate grouts and replaced with Euclid E3-HP, High Performance Epoxy Grout System®.  work was required to be performed at night during the parks closed hours and the nights work had to be completed so the ride would be put into service during the hours of operation.  Work was performed over a periods of several weeks without interruption of the parks operations.
