CEMENT BASED GROUTING

HGS performs three major types of cement based grouting:

Compaction Grouting

Compaction grouting is the injection of stiff to medium flow grout under relatively high pressures to displace and compact soils in place.

Intrusion Grouting / Slurry Grouting

Intrusion grouting is the intrusion under pressure of very flow able particulate grouts into cracks, voids and expanded fractures.

Lightweight Cellular Foam Grouting

Intrusion grouting is the intrusion under pressure of very flowable particulate grouts into cracks, voids and expanded fractures.

CHEMICAL BASED GROUTING

HGS performs two major types of chemical based grouting:

Sodium Silicate Based Chemical Grouting

Sodium silicate based chemical grouting is the Permeation of sandy soils with sodium silicate base grouts to produce masses to carry loads and to assist with erosion control during excavation.

Polyurethane Grouting

Polyurethane grouting is the injection of a low viscosity, water reactive polyurethane grout in either single component or dual component mode.

SINKHOLE REMEDIATION

Injection of variable slump sand, cement, fly ash grout thru 2"-3" injection points placed to competent rock layer to seal and fill solution cavities, density soil, and bridge areas of raveling soils.
